Who we are

What we collect

• Applications: name, email, phone number, public TikTok username, how many hours a day and days a week you can go LIVE, LIVE status, anything you choose to tell us, and how you found us. Used to review your application, reply, and — if you pass our first look and ticked the box allowing it — to call or text you about your application. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Kept 1 month from your last message to us, then deleted. If you join the network, your name, email, phone number, and TikTok username become part of your creator record while you are a member.
• Other messages: whatever you email us. Used to reply. Kept 1 month from our last reply, then deleted.
• Analytics: none. This site ships no analytics script, sets no cookies, and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps its own standard server logs (page requested, time, IP address, browser type) for security and traffic counts. Those logs are kept under Cloudflare's own policy and retention periods, not ours, and we do not use them to identify you.

What we never collect

Your TikTok password, login codes, or account access. If a form or message ever asks for those, it is not from us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. When you press send on the application, your answers go to a small program of ours running on Cloudflare (our host), which turns them into one email to our Gmail inbox and stores nothing itself. The email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing, and Google holds the inbox copy under Google's policy. We use no analytics provider. Each provider acts under its own policy.

Your rights, and how to use them

Email thenovanetworkllc@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, say what you want (a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion), and we will do it and confirm within 30 days. There is no form and no fee. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you.

Some states, including California, give residents privacy rights by law. We handle every request the same way wherever you live, rather than checking whether a law requires it.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or automated decisions about you.

Children

This site and our network are for adults 18 and over in the United States. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you tell us we have data from someone under 18, we delete it and reply to confirm.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. If a change affects data we already hold about you, we email the people it affects before it takes effect.
