Who we are

What we collect

• Applications: name, email, public TikTok handle, LIVE status, streaming frequency, optional Diamond range, goals, and how you found us. Used to review your application and reply. Kept 1 month from your last message to us, then deleted. If you join the network, your name, email, and TikTok handle become part of your creator record while you are a member.
• Contact messages: name, email, message. Used to reply. Kept 1 month from our last reply, then deleted.
• Analytics: none. This site ships no analytics script, sets no cookies, and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps its own standard server logs (page requested, time, IP address, browser type) for security and traffic counts. Those logs are kept under Cloudflare's own policy and retention periods, not ours, and we do not use them to identify you.

What we never collect

Your TikTok password, login codes, or account access. If a form or message ever asks for those, it is not from us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Our forms send nothing to us on their own: they open your own email app with the message pre-filled, and you press send. Your message travels through your own email provider and arrives as an ordinary email in our Gmail inbox, so Google holds a copy under Google's policy. We use no analytics provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Each provider acts under its own policy.

Your rights, and how to use them

Email thenovanetworkllc@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, say what you want (a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion), and we will do it and confirm within 30 days. There is no form and no fee. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you.

Some states, including California, give residents privacy rights by law. We handle every request the same way wherever you live, rather than checking whether a law requires it.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or automated decisions about you.

Children

This site and our network are for adults 18 and over in the United States. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you tell us we have data from someone under 18, we delete it and reply to confirm.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. If a change affects data we already hold about you, we email the people it affects before it takes effect.
