Founder
Carsyn spent six months watching her best friend Riley’s TikTok LIVE streams and taking notes on what made a room grow and what emptied it, then went LIVE herself in August 2026 and ran her own account on those notes. She started Nova Network to teach that method to creators who want to treat LIVE as a learnable skill rather than luck. Training people is the part of growth she cares about most.

Creator coach
Riley started going LIVE on TikTok in March 2026 and has streamed consistently since. She streams as a creator with a different Creator Network; at Nova Network her role is creator coach. She coaches Nova Network creators on stream structure, schedule, and consistency from her own recent experience.
