Does a TikTok LIVE agency need your password?
Should I give a TikTok LIVE agency my password or verification code?
No. Nova Network never asks for your TikTok password, verification code, or email login. Review and accept a Creator Network invitation inside TikTok, and verify the network and scouting account before sharing contact details. A request for login credentials is a reason to stop and use TikTok's own support tools.
Coaching does not require handing over control of your account. Keep a clear boundary between information that helps a coach understand your streams and credentials that let somebody sign in as you.
What Nova may ask you for
Our optional contact form asks for your name, public TikTok username, contact details, availability, and the kind of support you want. You can see those fields on the application page before submitting anything. The main Apply button opens TikTok’s application page for Nova Network.
Your password, a one-time verification code, your email login, and recovery codes are outside that process. Do not put them in the form, send them in a direct message, or include them in a screenshot.
Check the invitation before you act
Open TikTok yourself and inspect the Creator Network invitation in the app. Compare the network name and scouting account with the details on its own website. For Nova, the public account is listed on our contact page.
Read the terms before accepting. A familiar logo, urgent message, or screenshot of somebody else’s earnings does not verify who sent a link. Our invitation checklist explains the checks in more detail.
If a message asks for a code or password
Stop the conversation without supplying the requested credential. Avoid opening further links in that message. Use the reporting and account-security tools reached from TikTok’s own app or Help Center, rather than a support link supplied by the sender.
If you already shared login information, follow TikTok’s current account-recovery and security guidance. Its phishing guide explains password changes, two-step verification, and reporting a potentially compromised account. Handle those steps yourself; a coach should not ask you to forward the codes.
A simple rule for coaching
Describe the problem, share only the non-sensitive information needed to discuss it, and keep control of account actions. If you share a screenshot for feedback, remove private messages, contact information, account identifiers you do not intend to disclose, and any login or payment details first.
Questions about a message claiming to be Nova can go through the contact information published on this site. We do not need your password to answer them.
