Do TikTok LIVE agencies take a cut of my Diamonds or gifts?
A legitimate Creator Network does not need to. TikTok pays your Rewards to you under its Rewards Policy, and TikTok's Creator Networks page describes networks earning through separate 'incentive programs' and 'monthly bonuses' on LIVE Backstage. Our share of your Diamonds is written into our agreement and shown on this site. Any contract that assigns your Rewards to the network, or charges a fee, is one to walk away from.
“Do they take my Diamonds?” is asked in at least eight different phrasings on TikTok’s own search. Here is the mechanism, so you can judge any network’s answer — including ours.
How your money actually flows
- Viewers buy Coins from TikTok. TikTok: “Coins are digital items that can be used on the Platform to access or activate other Virtual Items.”
- Viewers send Gifts during your LIVE. TikTok uses “the type and number of Gifts activated in a LIVE” to measure popularity, “which TikTok measures in Diamonds.”
- You collect Diamonds. They are not cash: “Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for cash or used as currency.”
- TikTok pays you a Reward Payment under its Rewards Policy, “calculated in USD,” based on factors it lists, and at its discretion.
Every step is between you and TikTok. A network is not in that chain unless a contract puts it there.
How a network is paid instead
TikTok’s Creator Networks page says networks can access “incentive programs” and review “monthly bonuses and payouts” on LIVE Backstage. In plain terms: TikTok runs network-level programs and pays networks from those, separately from creator Rewards. TikTok does not publish the formula, so we will not quote one, and you should be suspicious of any network that does.
What “0%” does and does not mean
When a network says “we take 0%,” it should mean exactly this: the network’s agreement does not assign, deduct, or redirect any part of your Diamonds or Reward Payments. It does not mean the network is unpaid — it means the network is paid by TikTok’s programs, not by you.

Contract wording that should stop you
- Any assignment of your Rewards, payouts, or “revenue” to the network.
- A “management fee,” “registration fee,” “verification fee,” or “release fee.”
- A requirement to route payouts through the network’s account.
- A requirement to share your login so the network can “manage” payouts.
Can a network reduce your Diamonds?
No. Only TikTok can, and TikTok’s Virtual Items Policy says it may reduce Diamonds it believes were influenced by a breach of its rules. That is an argument for choosing a network that keeps you inside TikTok’s rules, and against one that sells “engagement.”
The honest limitation
Because TikTok publishes no network-level numbers, nobody outside TikTok can tell you the size of a network’s incentive payment or exactly how it is calculated. What we can tell you is what our agreement says about your Diamonds, in writing, before you sign.
